Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the delivery of the chemistry curriculum across all key stages.

- Manage resources efficiently to ensure the smooth running of the department.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in chemistry education.
- Strong leadership and management skills with experience in leading a department.
- Proven ability to inspire and motivate students and staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.
- Experience in delivering high-quality teaching and learning across all key stages.
Preferred
- Experience in curriculum development and innovation.
- Knowledge of current educational trends and best practices in science education.
- Experience in working with a variety of stakeholders and partners.
- Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
- Experience in using technology to enhance teaching and learning.
