Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of educators in the Film and Media department

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• BEd or Bachelor's degree with PGCE / PGDE or equivalent
• Proven experience teaching Secondary A Level Film and Media
• Demonstrated leadership experience in an educational setting
• Commitment to the core values of integrity, empathy, and fortitude
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven track record of outstanding teaching and learning outcomes

Preferred

• Experience with international curricula such as the IB Diploma Programme
• Familiarity with innovative teaching methodologies and technologies
• Experience in leading professional development initiatives
• Strong understanding of media production and digital storytelling
• Experience in extracurricular program development and delivery
