Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the drama curriculum, ensuring alignment with international standards and the school’s educational vision.

• Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences that engage and challenge students.
• Coordinate and lead extra-curricular drama activities, including productions and community events.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor's degree with PGCE / PGDE or equivalent.
• Proven experience in teaching Secondary A Level Drama.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing a team of educators.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• A growth mindset with a commitment to continuous professional development.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Preferred

• Experience in leading a successful drama department.
• Familiarity with the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme.
• Experience in curriculum development and innovation.
