Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A BEd or equivalent degree with PGCE / PGDE or equivalent
  • Proven experience teaching at the primary level (KS2)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A commitment to the school’s core values of integrity, empathy, and fortitude
  • A growth mindset with a focus on reflection and continuous improvement
  • A creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning

Preferred

  • Experience with international curricula such as the International Baccalaureate (IB)
  • Experience working in an international school setting
  • Leadership or mentoring experience
  • Familiarity with innovative teaching methodologies and technologies
