Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A BEd or Bachelor's degree with PGCE / PGDE or equivalent.
  • Proven experience teaching at the primary level (KS1).
  • Demonstrated ability to model and uphold values such as integrity, empathy, and fortitude.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A growth mindset and a commitment to reflective, solution-focused teaching.
  • Excellent classroom management and teaching skills.
  • A track record of delivering outstanding learning and teaching outcomes.

Preferred

  • Experience with international curricula such as the International Baccalaureate.
  • Experience working with diverse student populations.
  • Familiarity with inquiry-based learning and innovative teaching methodologies.
  • Experience with professional development initiatives and leadership opportunities within education.
