Key Responsibilities:

• Establish opportunities for outstanding professional development and the sharing of good practice among teaching staff
• Work with Principals to develop and promote teachers and senior leaders within the school’s global network
• Develop exciting pupil exchange and enrichment programmes to foster global awareness and cultural understanding
• Build digital connections among teachers and pupils through the school’s digital platform
• Manage international boarding experiences and summer camps
• Coordinate alumni engagement to strengthen the global community
• Oversee support for marketing, finance, HR, and operations across the school’s UK portfolio

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Proven experience in educational leadership and partnership development
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience in managing international educational initiatives
• Ability to travel internationally and work across multiple time zones

Preferred

• Experience in school administration or educational consultancy
• Familiarity with international school operations
• Knowledge of digital learning platforms and tools
• Experience in alumni engagement or community development
