Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and delivery of a high-quality, contemporary Food and Nutrition curriculum.

  • Work closely with senior leadership to ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and student outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with a strong background in Food and Nutrition or a related discipline.
  • Proven leadership experience in a similar role within education.
  • Excellent knowledge of Food and Nutrition, food science, and related subjects.
  • Strong track record in delivering outstanding academic outcomes.
  • Experience in curriculum development and implementation.
  • Commitment to student welfare and the promotion of practical, hands-on learning.

Preferred

  • Experience in leading and developing teaching staff.
  • Familiarity with the diamond model of teaching and co-curricular programmes.
  • Background in promoting sustainability and environmental awareness in education.
  • Experience with enrichment and extracurricular activities in Food and Nutrition.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
