The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Head of Marketing and Admissions to lead and shape the school’s marketing and admissions strategy. This role is pivotal in driving the school’s growth and ensuring a strong presence in the local and international education market. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven record of success in marketing and admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and admissions strategy to support the school’s growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective families and stakeholders.
• Manage and lead a team of marketing and admissions professionals.
• Oversee the admissions process, ensuring it is efficient, welcoming, and aligned with the school’s values.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure the impact of marketing initiatives.
• Represent the school at events, conferences, and community engagements.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding and child protection policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Proven experience in a senior marketing and admissions leadership role.
• Strong strategic thinking and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated success in driving growth and increasing student numbers.
• Proficiency in digital marketing and communications.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends when required.

Preferred

• Experience in the international education sector.
• Familiarity with UK and Vietnamese education systems.
• Experience with safeguarding and child protection policies.
• Knowledge of COBIS and international school standards.
• Fluency in English and Vietnamese.
