Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Strong subject knowledge in mathematics and experience in curriculum development.
  • Demonstrated success in improving student outcomes and raising attainment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.

Preferred

  • Experience in a high-achieving independent or international school setting.
  • Familiarity with international curricula such as IGCSE, A-level, or IB.
  • Leadership in a large or multi-site educational environment.
  • Experience in school-wide strategic planning or policy development.
