Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the establishment and development of a new school in Bangkok, ensuring alignment with the school’s mission and values.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for academic, operational, and community growth.
• Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing teaching and support team.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including parents, students, and the local community.

• Oversee the management of the school’s operations, including facilities, finance, and compliance.
