The Opportunity:

As the Head of Operations and Partnerships, you will lead the strategic development and management of the school’s operational calendar and external partnerships. This role is crucial in ensuring that all pupil-facing activities beyond the classroom are impactful, safe, and aligned with the school’s long-term vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the school’s operational calendar, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Oversee the development and delivery of co-curricular programs, including clubs, camps, and events.
  • Build and maintain strong external partnerships that enhance the educational experience.
  • Ensure all activities are financially sustainable, safe, and reputationally strong.
  • Coordinate educational visits and trips, ensuring they are purposeful and impactful.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of operations and partnerships.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to integrate operational activities with the school’s mission.
  • Develop and implement policies that support the school’s long-term strategic goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven leadership experience in educational operations or a similar field.
  • Strong strategic planning and project management skills.
  • Experience in managing external partnerships and stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare.
