Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve IT support requests from staff and students.
• Assist with the maintenance and deployment of hardware and software across the school.
• Support the operation of classroom and administrative technology.
• Collaborate with the Head of IT and external vendors to ensure system reliability and security.
• Contribute to IT improvement projects and the development of school systems.
• Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for a wide range of devices and platforms.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current IT systems, including Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Apple devices.
• Ensure all IT systems are aligned with the school’s educational and operational goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with managing and supporting IT systems in an educational setting.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Apple devices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Preferred

• Experience with classroom technology and school management systems.
• Familiarity with IT project management and implementation.
• Willingness to learn and develop new technical skills.
• Experience with network infrastructure and security best practices.
