The Opportunity:

As the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for delivering operational excellence across all non-academic functions, ensuring alignment with the school’s mission and values. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a long-term operational strategy aligned with the school’s vision and objectives.
• Provide leadership and guidance to all operational departments, ensuring they support the school’s strategic goals.
• Oversee financial operations, including budget management, payroll, and procurement, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Manage facilities, health and safety, IT, and compliance, ensuring a safe and high-quality learning environment.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders, including vendors, contractors, and regulatory bodies, to maintain operational standards.
• Lead initiatives in sustainability, digital transformation, and innovation across all operational areas.
• Ensure the school’s transport and catering services meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
• Significant leadership experience in operations, facilities, or administration, preferably within an educational environment.
• Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, and strategic planning.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations, employment law, and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing large and diverse teams across multiple departments.

Preferred

• Master’s degree in business or operations management.
• Experience in international school operations or similar high-performance environments.
• Strong understanding of IT systems and digital transformation in education.
• Experience with sustainability initiatives and environmental impact reduction.
