The Opportunity:

We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Officer to support impactful marketing, communications, and branding initiatives. This role offers the chance to contribute to the growth and visibility of a school renowned for its world-class education and vibrant community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns to elevate the school’s brand and drive enrolment.
  • Coordinate seasonal campaign rollouts across print, digital, and outdoor media platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and prepare reports for data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop compelling content for digital and print platforms including newsletters, brochures, and press releases.
  • Coordinate with creative teams to produce high-quality visual and multimedia assets.
  • Maintain and update the school’s website with news, academic highlights, and event updates.
  • Support SEO and digital advertising efforts through keyword research and analytics tracking.
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of events such as Open Days and parent tours.
  • Prepare and manage event-specific promotional materials and signage.
  • Draft engaging communications for stakeholders including parents, staff, and partners.
  • Uphold consistent brand guidelines across all communications and visual materials.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and market research to inform marketing strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably in education or service sectors.
  • Proven experience managing social media and digital marketing platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles including digital marketing, branding, and content creation.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms including social media management and website CMS.

Preferred

  • Experience in videography and photography.
  • Familiarity with advanced marketing software and analytics tools.
