Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Health and Physical Education department effectively.
- Develop and implement a dynamic curriculum that promotes physical fitness and lifelong healthy habits.

- Support the professional development of teaching staff within the department.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress and engagement in physical education.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified Teacher Status.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in managing a department within a secondary school setting.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage resources and timetables effectively.
Preferred
- Experience in sport, fitness, or health education.
- Knowledge of curriculum development and assessment in physical education.
