As the Head of Pre Prep School, you will lead the creation of a world-class early years programme that blends the Cambridge Early Years Framework with a rich language and cultural offering. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide visionary leadership to establish the Pre-Prep School as a global exemplar in early years education.
  • Develop and implement a play-based, inquiry-led curriculum grounded in the Cambridge Early Years Programme.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement across all aspects of early years provision.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a team of highly skilled early years educators committed to bilingual and culturally responsive teaching.
  • Ensure a safe, joyful, and emotionally secure environment that supports the holistic development of every child.
  • Promote strong relationships with parents and stakeholders as partners in their child’s learning journey.
  • Maintain full compliance with local and international standards, including BSO and COBIS requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Years Education, or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent international certification.
  • Minimum of five years’ successful leadership experience in early years or primary settings.
  • Demonstrable expertise in curriculum design, staff development, and school improvement strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Cambridge Early Years Programme and international education standards.

Preferred

  • Master’s degree in Early Years Education or Educational Leadership.
  • Experience in founding or leading a high-quality Pre-Prep School or early years provision.
  • Strong background in bilingual or culturally responsive teaching practices.
