Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging STEAM and innovation-based learning experiences across the school.
• Integrate coding, robotics, design technology, and digital tools into lessons.
• Facilitate enquiry-based and project-based learning that encourages innovation and creativity.
• Promote the use of emerging technologies such as AI, AR/VR, and 3D printing in the classroom.
• Collaborate with subject leaders to embed STEAM concepts into the Cambridge International Curriculum.
• Lead the planning and implementation of makerspace and innovation labs.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary projects and real-world problem-solving activities.
• Provide feedback to students to foster resilience, curiosity, and iterative thinking.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Engineering, Design, Technology, or a related field.
• Recognised teaching qualification (e.g., B.Ed., PGCE, or equivalent).
• Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in STEAM or innovation-related areas.
• Experience with Cambridge or international curriculum (IGCSE, A-level preferred).

Preferred

• Professional certifications in coding, robotics, or digital technologies.
• Experience in curriculum development and interdisciplinary teaching.
• Strong understanding of 21st-century learning and innovation pedagogies.
