• Ensure compliance with all safeguarding and child protection policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Proven experience as a Head of Primary or in a comparable leadership role.
• Strong track record in educational leadership and curriculum development.
• Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead a team of educators.
• Deep understanding of child protection and safeguarding practices.
• Commitment to promoting student wellbeing and inclusive education.

Preferred

• International experience in a similar role.
• Experience with British curriculum or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Wow Learning and Arabic language integration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in managing school operations and facilities.
