Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with experience in teaching A Level Psychology.
- Strong leadership and management skills with a proven track record in leading a department.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve outstanding student results.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and innovation in teaching.
Preferred
- Experience in leading a successful Psychology Department with a strong academic record.
