Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Secondary Phase / Boys Section in line with school vision and improvement priorities
• Ensure outstanding teaching, learning, curriculum delivery, and assessment practices
• Drive student achievement, progress, and effective intervention strategies
• Provide strong pastoral leadership, including behaviour, wellbeing, safeguarding, and attendance
• Line manage staff performance, development, and professional standards
• Contribute to whole-school leadership, accreditation, and school improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor’s degree, PGCE/B.Ed., and QTS
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a senior leadership role
• Strong understanding of the National Curriculum for England (KS3–KS5)
• Experience working in an EAL environment

Preferred

• NPQH and accreditation/inspection experience
• Middle East experience
