Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strong, visible leadership in the strategic and day-to-day management of the school.
- Foster a positive and inclusive school culture rooted in the school’s vision and values.
- Ensure high-quality teaching and learning, with a focus on student progress and achievement.
- Develop and implement effective policies and practices that support the school’s mission and values.
- Collaborate with the governing body, staff, and wider community to drive continuous improvement.
- Promote a safe and supportive environment for all students, with a safeguarding-first approach.
- Lead and support staff through professional development and innovative teaching practices.
- Manage the school’s resources and facilities to ensure a well-maintained and inspiring learning environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience in senior leadership, preferably in a faith-based primary school.
- Strong understanding of Ofsted and SIAMS inspection frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare.
Preferred
- Experience in developing and implementing inclusive education strategies.
- Background in leading successful CPD programs.
- Familiarity with SEND strategies and policies.
- Experience in collaborative working with local schools and community organizations.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary range from £77,209 to £88,812 per annum.
