Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the school’s overall operations, ensuring a high-quality education for all students.
  • Develop and implement a vision for the school that aligns with the trust’s strategic goals.
  • Foster a positive school culture, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement among staff.
  • Oversee curriculum development and ensure alignment with national standards and the school’s values.
  • Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and the wider community.
  • Support staff through professional development and leadership training.
  • Monitor and evaluate school performance, using data to drive improvement.
  • Ensure the school meets all statutory and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience as a Headteacher or Deputy Head with significant leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of primary education and curriculum development.
  • Commitment to inclusive education and student well-being.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.

Preferred

  • Experience working within a multi-academy trust or similar educational partnership.
  • Background in school improvement initiatives or leadership training programs.
  • Familiarity with Teaching School or English and Maths Hubs.
  • Experience in driving up standards and leading school improvement strategies.
