Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the school’s overall operations, ensuring a high-quality education for all students.
- Develop and implement a vision for the school that aligns with the trust’s strategic goals.
- Foster a positive school culture, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement among staff.
- Oversee curriculum development and ensure alignment with national standards and the school’s values.
- Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and the wider community.
- Support staff through professional development and leadership training.
- Monitor and evaluate school performance, using data to drive improvement.
- Ensure the school meets all statutory and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience as a Headteacher or Deputy Head with significant leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of primary education and curriculum development.
- Commitment to inclusive education and student well-being.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
Preferred
- Experience working within a multi-academy trust or similar educational partnership.
- Background in school improvement initiatives or leadership training programs.
- Familiarity with Teaching School or English and Maths Hubs.
- Experience in driving up standards and leading school improvement strategies.

- Competitive salary range from £81,995 to £94,322 (outer London).
