Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience as a Headteacher or senior leader in education
- Strong track record in driving academic improvement and school development
- Demonstrated commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion
- Experience in leading and managing a school team effectively
- Strong data analysis and decision-making skills
Preferred
- Experience working within a multi-academy trust or similar structure
- Familiarity with co-operative values and principles
- Experience in leading school improvement initiatives
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in managing complex educational environments
