Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Proven experience as a Headteacher or senior leader in education
• Strong track record in driving academic improvement and school development
• Demonstrated commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion
• Experience in leading and managing a school team effectively
• Strong data analysis and decision-making skills

Preferred

• Experience working within a multi-academy trust or similar structure
