The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial administration processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across the school.
- Maintain and update management information systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the school to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external partners.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audit requirements.
- Provide expert financial support to the school leadership team.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A degree qualification or equivalent.
- Proven experience in financial administration within a school or educational setting.
- Demonstrated experience in a financial role with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to use management information systems and adapt to new systems as needed.
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Preferred
- Experience working within a multi-academy trust or similar educational organisation.
- Familiarity with Star Academies or similar high-performing school networks.
- Experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Knowledge of educational sector financial processes and regulations.
