The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Resolving day-to-day IT issues across the school
- Assisting with audio-visual equipment, device setup, and software rollouts
- Maintaining accurate records within service management and asset systems
- Providing friendly, clear customer service to staff and students
- Liaising with external suppliers and partners when required
- Supporting general IT queries and troubleshooting on-site
- Performing IT administration tasks, including managing user accounts
- Assisting with staff onboarding and offboarding, ensuring timely setup/removal of access
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- GCSE Maths and English (A–C / 4–9), or willingness to work towards Functional Skills
- A willingness to learn, develop, and take on new challenges
- Experience working as part of a team (through school, work, sport, volunteering, etc.)
- Good organisation and communication skills
Preferred
- Interest in IT and technology
- Experience with Microsoft 365 or Windows-based systems
- Basic understanding of IT security best practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
