Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing teaching and learning community
  • Ensure the delivery of an outstanding curriculum that meets the needs of all students
  • Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes well-being and academic success
  • Work collaboratively with staff, governors, and the wider community to drive continuous improvement
  • Implement whole-school initiatives that support staff development and student achievement
  • Maintain and enhance the school’s outstanding Ofsted rating and Catholic values
  • Provide strong leadership and direction to the senior leadership team
  • Promote the school’s mission and values through all aspects of school life

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience as a Headteacher or in a senior leadership role
  • A practicing Catholic with a strong commitment to Catholic education
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to drive high standards in teaching and learning
  • Strong track record in staff development and school improvement
  • Experience in managing and leading a successful school community

Preferred

  • Experience in leading a school with an outstanding Ofsted rating
  • Knowledge of Catholic education and curriculum development
  • Experience in implementing whole-school initiatives
  • Strong understanding of child well-being and mental health support
