Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure effective resource management and financial stewardship.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven leadership experience in a senior educational role, preferably as a Headteacher or equivalent.
- Strong academic and strategic leadership skills with a clear vision for school development.
- Experience in managing large-scale educational institutions with a focus on inclusivity and access.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
- A deep understanding of the UK education system and its challenges and opportunities.
Preferred
- Experience in leading a school with a strong co-curricular programme.
- Demonstrated success in improving academic outcomes and student well-being.
- Experience in fostering a culture of innovation and professional development.
- Strong understanding of bursary and access programmes.
