The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of marketing, communications, and digital activities.
  • Ensure consistent quality control and efficient use of resources across all campaigns.
  • Develop and implement workflows to support the delivery of strategic marketing objectives.
  • Conduct market research to gain insights into audiences, trends, and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with key departments, including Admissions, Development, and Heads of School, to align external messaging with institutional goals.
  • Provide leadership and support to a team, ensuring high standards of performance and professional development.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and communications initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of long-term strategies and campaigns that enhance the school’s profile and engagement.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in marketing and communications management within an educational or similar high-profile environment.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing, brand management, and campaign execution.
  • Experience in conducting market research and interpreting data to inform strategy.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and content.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders.

Preferred

  • Experience in the education sector or in a school setting.
  • Familiarity with educational marketing platforms and tools.
