The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of marketing, communications, and digital activities.

- Conduct market research to gain insights into audiences, trends, and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with key departments, including Admissions, Development, and Heads of School, to align external messaging with institutional goals.
- Provide leadership and support to a team, ensuring high standards of performance and professional development.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and communications initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of long-term strategies and campaigns that enhance the school’s profile and engagement.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience in marketing and communications management within an educational or similar high-profile environment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing, brand management, and campaign execution.
- Experience in conducting market research and interpreting data to inform strategy.
- Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and content.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders.
Preferred
- Experience in the education sector or in a school setting.
- Familiarity with educational marketing platforms and tools.
- Knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, and content management systems.
- Experience with event planning and public relations.
