Key Responsibilities:
- Teach History across all three key stages (3-5) in line with international curricula.
- Deliver engaging and innovative lessons that promote critical thinking and student achievement.
- Prepare and assess students according to Cambridge IGCSE, CAIE A-Level, and/or IB Diploma standards.
- Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and departmental initiatives.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching and leadership skills.
- Support students in achieving their academic and personal goals.
- Maintain accurate records and report student progress regularly.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Experience teaching History across all three key stages (3-5).
- A recognized teaching qualification, either local or international.
- Proven ability to motivate and engage students in a classroom setting.
- Commitment to contributing to the school and Humanities Department through extracurricular involvement.
Preferred
- Experience with Cambridge IGCSE, CAIE A-Level, or IB Diploma programs.
- Strong background in curriculum development and assessment.
