The Opportunity:

A HLTA - Maternity Leave Cover is required to join a supportive team and contribute to the school’s ongoing success. This role offers the chance to inspire and motivate students while supporting the school’s mission of helping children achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teaching and learning across the curriculum
• Assist in the delivery of lessons and classroom activities
• Work closely with teachers and other HLTA staff to improve student outcomes
• Provide guidance and support to students in a friendly and encouraging manner
• Contribute to the development of school improvement strategies
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
• Assist with administrative tasks as required

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Relevant experience in a teaching or learning support role
• Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with students and adults
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
• Proficiency in spoken English

Preferred

• Experience working in a primary school setting
• Knowledge of school improvement strategies
• Experience with the INOVA Multi-Academy Trust
• Experience with supporting students with diverse learning needs
