Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of cleaners to ensure all areas are maintained to the highest standards.
• Develop and implement effective cleaning procedures and schedules.
• Monitor and inspect cleanliness standards across both school sites regularly.
• Provide training and support to team members to improve performance and efficiency.
• Coordinate with other departments to address maintenance and cleanliness issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all cleaning activities.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to cleaning operations.
• Promote a positive and motivated team culture within the housekeeping department.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Proven experience in leading and managing a cleaning team.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and standards.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment for students and staff.
