Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality PE lessons that inspire and engage students of all abilities.
• Develop and implement a broad and balanced sports curriculum tailored to different age groups.
• Promote a culture of physical activity and healthy lifestyles across the school.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support the school’s strategy for growth and development.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to help them achieve their full potential.
• Organise and lead extracurricular sports activities and events.
• Work closely with the School’s welfare and development initiatives to support student wellbeing.
• Stay up to date with best practices in physical education and sport.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge and experience.
• Experience of teaching PE to students across a range of ages.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare.
• Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative.

Preferred

• Experience of working in a school with a strong focus on personal development.
• Knowledge of sports coaching and leadership.
• Experience in developing and delivering extracurricular sports programs.
