The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver high-quality Mathematics lessons to students across a range of age groups.
- Work closely with experienced mentors to enhance teaching practice and student outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the Mathematics curriculum.
- Support the wider school community through extracurricular activities and pastoral care.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
- Participate in departmental meetings and staff development programs.
- Maintain accurate records and reports in line with school policies and procedures.
- Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and achievement.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A strong academic background in Mathematics.
- A clear passion for Mathematics and a commitment to teaching.
- A graduate degree in Mathematics or a related subject.
- Willingness to complete the PGCE training program.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred
- Experience in teaching or education-related roles.
- Familiarity with independent school environments.
- Experience with curriculum development and delivery.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
