Key Responsibilities:

  • Scan paper-based HR files accurately and efficiently
  • Organise, label, and upload documents into structured digital folders
  • Ensure documents are correctly categorised and complete prior to upload
  • Maintain confidentiality and data protection standards at all times
  • Assist with general filing and HR administrative tasks as required
  • Flag missing, unclear, or duplicate documentation to the HR team
  • Support the HR team during the HR system implementation project
  • Follow school policies, procedures, and safeguarding requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Experience with document scanning and digital filing systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and data protection standards
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and procedures
  • Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare
