The Opportunity:

As an HR Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to both the Recruitment and Human Resources teams. This role is ideal for someone who wants to make an impact by ensuring the smooth operation of HR services and offering timely support to staff and managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Recruitment and HR teams by managing administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from staff, managers, and schools.
  • Provide cover for the Recruitment Manager and HR Systems Specialist when needed.
  • Ensure the continuity of HR services across the organization.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage HR documentation.
  • Assist with the onboarding and offboarding of staff members.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications related to HR processes.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in an HR or administrative role, preferably within education.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in using HR management systems and office software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred

  • Experience in recruitment administration or HR support.
  • Familiarity with DBS and safeguarding procedures.
  • Knowledge of educational sector HR practices.
  • Experience with managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
