Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge and experience.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality lessons and achieve positive student outcomes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to working collaboratively within a team.
- Experience in a school setting, ideally within a MAT.
Preferred
- Specialism in History or a related subject.
- Experience in pastoral care or student support.
- Familiarity with curriculum development and assessment practices.
- Experience with inclusive teaching strategies.
