The Opportunity:

As an ICT Teacher, you will lead and develop digital skills across the school, delivering engaging lessons and supporting colleagues in a collaborative and supportive environment. This is a unique opportunity to shape curriculum design and make a meaningful impact on student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop ICT Skills across the school
  • Deliver engaging, high-quality teaching to individuals and small groups
  • Track and evaluate pupil progress using data to drive improvement
  • Inspire outstanding teaching and learning in and beyond the classroom
  • Support and develop colleagues through collaboration and shared practice
  • Play a key role in the School Development Plan
  • Create stimulating, safe, and inclusive learning environments
  • Work closely with the multi-professional team to ensure consistent support for pupils

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience working with SEND pupils
  • Proven track record of raising standards and outcomes
  • Ability to build strong relationships through restorative approaches
  • Resilience, approachability, and the ability to remain calm under pressure

Preferred

  • Experience with curriculum design and development
  • Familiarity with digital technologies and innovative teaching methods
  • Experience with restorative practices and emotional well-being support
  • Passion for developing pupils’ confidence, independence, and self-control
