Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons that cater to the needs of all students.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver curriculum-aligned lessons.
• Build positive relationships with students, parents, and staff to support student well-being and academic success.
• Work closely with support staff and external professionals to develop individualized learning plans.
• Monitor and assess student progress using school-assigned tools and provide regular feedback to parents.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning and growth.
• Participate in school events, extra-curricular activities, and curriculum development initiatives.
• Reflect on teaching practices and adjust strategies to enhance student outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor's Degree in the related subject with PGCE or other teacher qualification.
• Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience.
• A clean enhanced Disclosure and Barring Services check or police check.

Preferred

• Previous experience working with students for whom English is not their first language.
• Passion for teaching and commitment to educating the whole child.
• Recent and consistent involvement in extra-curricular activities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A positive and solution-focused attitude to working life.
• Experience with international curricula such as IB or UK National Curriculum.
