The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Internal Provision Supervisor to join our dedicated team. This role is ideal for an ECT or someone looking to grow their career in a supportive and professional environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring high-quality provision and supporting student development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee internal provision to ensure alignment with school goals and student needs.
  • Support and develop staff through training, guidance, and professional development opportunities.
  • Promote and uphold the school’s ethos, values, and commitment to equality and diversity.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of provision and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide excellent support and guidance to ECTs and new staff members.
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding and wellbeing policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with colleagues to maintain a positive, inclusive, and motivating school culture.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Strong track record in a relevant educational or support role.
  • In-depth knowledge of internal provision and its impact on student outcomes.
  • Commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Experience in a school or educational setting.

Preferred

  • Experience with instructional coaching or staff development.
  • Background in teaching or leading professional development initiatives.
  • Familiarity with safeguarding and wellbeing practices.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience with Ofsted standards or school improvement strategies.
