The Opportunity:
We are seeking an IT Administrator and Executive Assistant to provide essential support to the Group Director of ICT and ensure smooth operations across the ICT department. This role requires a highly organised and proactive individual who can manage a varied workload and contribute to the school’s mission of excellence in education and technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage diaries, correspondence, and meetings for the Group Director of ICT
- Coordinate and maintain accurate records for the ICT department
- Support procurement and financial administration processes
- Assist with IT support workflows and communication across the school
- Maintain and manage document management systems such as SharePoint
- Ensure the confidentiality and professionalism of all administrative tasks
- Contribute to the efficient operation of the ICT department
- Provide high-quality executive assistant support to key stakeholders
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Previous experience in an office management, PA, or coordinator role
- Excellent Microsoft 365 skills, particularly in Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
- Experience using SharePoint or similar document management systems
- Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Experience in a school, education, or multi-site organisation
- Knowledge of IT support processes and workflows
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Experience with virtual learning environments or educational technology
