Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain IT, communications, and audiovisual systems across the school.
• Provide technical support to staff and students, ensuring systems operate efficiently.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software as required.
• Support the setup and operation of audiovisual equipment for events, assemblies, and lessons.
• Monitor network performance and implement security measures to protect data.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement technology solutions.
• Maintain detailed records of system configurations, maintenance, and issues.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in IT and audiovisual support.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Proven experience in IT support and audiovisual system management.
• Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, and networking.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience working in an educational setting is preferred.

Preferred

• Familiarity with audiovisual equipment used in educational environments.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and other educational software platforms.
• Knowledge of data security and compliance standards.
• Certifications in IT or audiovisual technology.
