Key Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain IT systems across multiple locations, ensuring seamless operations.
- Provide technical assistance to staff and students, troubleshooting issues in classrooms and across the school.

- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in education IT.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of digital tools that enhance the learning experience.
- Ensure compliance with IT security protocols and data protection standards.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users to resolve issues efficiently.
- Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects that align with the school’s educational goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience in IT support, preferably within an education setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
Preferred
- Experience with educational software and tools used in teaching and learning.
- Familiarity with network infrastructure and cloud-based systems.
- Knowledge of assistive technologies that support students with diverse learning needs.
- Experience in a collaborative, team-based environment.
