Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in early years or primary education.
- Strong understanding of child development and learning theories.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred
- Experience working in a co-educational or inclusive learning environment.
- Familiarity with British values and community engagement.
- Experience with a broad and balanced curriculum, including co-curricular activities.
