Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in Reception and Key Stage 1 education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience in creating engaging and inclusive lesson plans.
Preferred
- Experience in a small school or independent educational setting.
- Knowledge of teaching strategies that support diverse learning needs.
- Familiarity with child development and early years education.
- Experience with curriculum planning and assessment.
