Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that align with the curriculum and support student achievement.
  • Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing feedback to ensure continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with a valid teaching qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience teaching in Key Stage 2.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and ability to plan and deliver lessons effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred

  • Experience of working in an independent school setting.
  • Familiarity with innovative teaching methods and technologies.
  • Experience in pastoral care or supporting students with additional needs.
