Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting chefs with basic food preparation tasks
• Cleaning and sanitising dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Keeping kitchen and storage areas clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards
• Receiving and storing deliveries in a timely and correct manner
• Adhering to food hygiene and health & safety procedures at all times
• Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable and punctual attendance
• Previous kitchen experience is helpful but not essential, as training can be provided
