Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning across Key Stages 1 and 2.
  • Manage and maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet curriculum requirements.
  • Monitor and assess student progress regularly.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to support student achievement.
  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans where needed.
  • Promote the school’s core values of compassion, curiosity, and courage.
  • Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant experience in primary education.
  • Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to teach across Key Stages 1 and 2.
  • Commitment to the school’s core values of compassion, curiosity, and courage.
  • Experience in working with children of diverse abilities and backgrounds.

Preferred

  • Experience in leading a subject area across the school.
  • Early Career Teacher with consistent good teaching practice.
  • Familiarity with therapeutic thinking approaches to behavior management.
  • Experience with inclusive education and differentiated instruction.
