• Integrate technology and current teaching practices to enhance student engagement and achievement.
• Contribute to the pastoral care of students and support their personal growth and development.
• Participate actively in co-curricular activities, including sport, the arts, and other enrichment opportunities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
• Maintain strong communication and positive relationships with parents and the wider school community.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of students, promptly reporting any concerns to the designated safeguarding lead.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with experience in KS2 education.
• Strong subject knowledge and a commitment to innovative teaching methods.
• Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
• A passion for education and a genuine interest in student welfare and development.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.

Preferred

• Experience with the Harmony Project curriculum or similar holistic approaches.
• Familiarity with technology integration in the classroom.
• Experience in co-curricular or extracurricular activities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
