Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in Key Stage 2 education.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching and learning.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Commitment to the school’s values, including inclusion, innovation, and student well-being.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and students.
Preferred
- Experience in leading or contributing to curriculum development.
- Familiarity with teaching in a multi-cultural, inclusive environment.
- Experience with innovative teaching methods or technology in the classroom.
- Previous leadership or mentoring experience within a school setting.
