Key Responsibilities:
- Support teaching staff in delivering high-quality instruction and learning activities.
- Assist in creating and maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

- Monitor and record student progress and communicate regularly with teaching staff.
- Promote positive behaviour and ensure the safety and wellbeing of all students.
- Collaborate with colleagues to implement school-wide initiatives and strategies.
- Participate in professional development and staff training sessions.
- Assist with administrative tasks and general classroom organisation.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Relevant experience in a teaching or learning support role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, flexibility, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to student wellbeing and a restorative approach to behaviour management.
- Basic understanding of curriculum and teaching practices.
Preferred
- Experience working with students of all abilities and backgrounds.
- Familiarity with inclusive education and differentiated instruction.
- Experience with behaviour management strategies.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of £24,939 - £27,006.
